To create a lavish brand and launch collateral for an impressive residential development in Liverpool city centre’s Grade II listed Orleans House.
Delph Property Group had transformed the former cotton warehouse into 71 luxury apartments, and wanted a contemporary look and feel that echoed the building’s rich past.
Wanting to honour well over a century of heritage, we took inspiration from the intertwined OH lettering and cotton rings from the building’s exterior to design a new unified mark.
Cotton was woven throughout the brand, with cotton-based paper and binding for the printed collateral. This was paired with a premium colour palette and high-end finish to reflect the stunning redevelopment and modernise the brand.
The new branding was a huge success for Delph, helping them tell the story of the building and get buyers and renters interested in one of the city’s most exclusive new addresses.
An unprecedented 30% of the apartments were leased within the opening weekend, and the development was fully let within the opening few months.
